Jason brings a background that is genuinely unusual in the AI world: strategy consulting at Kearney, a senior executive role at Sony Pictures, an MBA from Wharton, and an MS in Applied Mathematics. He has been building and advising AI products since before most companies knew they needed one. Conversational AI, computer vision, generative AI, NLP — he has worked at every layer of the stack and across more industries than most people work in over a lifetime.
What sets him apart is not the resume. It is how he thinks. He walks into any environment, gets to the root of what is actually going on, and identifies exactly where the leverage is. Most people come to meetings with answers. Jason comes with better questions. Outside of work, he is a four-time Ironman finisher and a serious skier and mountain biker. Utah is a good fit.
Salman Khalid

Salman runs the engineering operation that turns AI Dev Lab's vision into working software. He has a rare combination of technical depth and people instinct, which is why the teams he builds tend to stay together and keep getting better. His energy is not performative. He is genuinely excited about the work, and it shows.
Heading AI Dev Lab's engineering hub in Pakistan, he has assembled a team that operates at a level most clients do not expect until they see the output. His approach: hire people who care, give them ownership, and trust them to deliver.

Every project begins with a clear, agreed definition of what success looks like. If we cannot measure it, we renegotiate scope before a line of code gets written. Vague briefs produce vague results.
